The key take away is that for many things both can do the job, but Drupal scales to greater complexity.

How do Drupal and WordPress Compare?
WordsPress really dominated for years. And now here is Drupal. Well, it's really hard for me to choose which one will be the best> But I think that it really depends since these two are totally different with their aspect.
