Upgrading to Fedora 11

Now that the new web CMS is in place, it's time to see what I can break.  The process has started to upgrade this server to Fedora 11.

Fedora11 installed via preupgrade.  Some selinux problems and httpd no longer use a couple of modules. Had to comment them out in httpd.conf.  A diff shows that no new modules were added, so I think I'm safe.
